The Spa was our most favourite thing. Overall, the resort was very good. Good for family vacations, kids of all ages were there. Only two pools for adults, one of which is about 4’ only. We wished there were more. Some rooms’ balconies are french style, not full. Some have full proper ones too. The room towers are gorgeous with their indoor plantation. Gives a very casual and homely vibe which we loved. Lots of restaurants options. We loved Rosata, Kalmira buffet and El Mexicano the most. Will go back for sure to explore everything we couldnt in our 5 day trip. Lots to do. Gift shops are obviously overpriced like expected however very nice quality stuff. Almost worth the extra price!

I’ve been in the service industry for over 35 years and this team is 5 star ⭐️ They checked ✅ all the boxes of customer service Genuine connection attention to detail , anticipating our needs And most importantly doing it with a smile from ear to ear Which seems understandable in this paradise of a resort First day with check in went fast and smooth. Honourable Mention: Ceasar, who definitely runs the resort as we have seen him in every single bar and restaurant, made sure that we were taking care off every single day. We were both looking forward to start our day with Nayeli, her big smile and infectious personality during breakfast. Alberto and his big passion for fun at the pool bar and created the best cocktails!! Our customer Alberto explosion shots,the best!! Tomas, Miquel , pool servers was on top bringing drinks. Last but not least is Esteban who entertained us during the day at the pool and made us laugh the whole day!!! NEMIOS is a youthful bar star ⭐️. We are now on our 9th day and we still have 5 more days to go, still not getting bored of this resort. Beach is gorgeous Every single restaurant was yummy. The buffet, breakfast, lunch,dinner was amazing!! The seafood restaurant at the beach during lunch was our favourite. The shine and sparkle ✨cleanliness of the grounds made our resort walks a dream you come into.

Resort was exceptional! The breathtaking views, luxurious amenities, and attentive staff made it a truly memorable experience. From the well-appointed rooms to the delicious dining options, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The resort’s serene atmosphere and diverse activities catered to both relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend it for a perfect getaway.

We went here with other couples friends for a nice extended weekend getaway. The property is older but very clean and laid out well. The food was excellent everywhere we went. Even the buffet food was really good which we have not found at a lot of the all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even just lounging on our beach chairs we always had someone come by to see if we needed anything. The pools were great and the beach access was really nice with soft sand and beautiful water. We will for sure come back to Fiesta Americana

A week-long stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa in Cancun was nothing short of extraordinary. As a family of four, including a teen boy and pre-teen daughter, we found this resort to be the perfect blend of family-friendly amenities and adult sophistication. The grounds of the resort were simply stunning, offering a well-designed division between family and adult areas, ensuring that everyone could enjoy their preferred atmosphere. The lower pool provided good entertainment for all ages, while the family pool allowed for a more relaxed choice. The beachfront was a highlight, boasting pristine sands, waves and crystal-clear waters. We never struggled to much to find loungers, and the beach never felt crowded. Get up early though to get a spot. The separate pizza oven and burger/hotdog station was very cool for a little poolside snacking. Kids loved it. The atmosphere at Fiesta Americana Condesa was incredibly inviting, with plenty of other families for our kids to mingle with and play together. The kids club, operating from 10 am to 5 pm each day, was a hit with our daughter, offering a range of fun activities under the supervision of attentive staff. The dining options at the resort were outstanding, with a variety of restaurants serving delicious cuisine to suit every palate. From casual fare by the pool to fine dining experiences, we were spoiled for choice throughout our stay.We will return for another unforgettable family vacation here!

Our overall experience was amazing! The facilities were very nice, the food was yummy and had decent variety. The pools were clean and warm with nice pool bars and food opportunity right on the pool deck. Staff were friendly and helpful and the beach was beautifully clean and warm!

Loved our recent stay. Shout out to Camilo and Oliver at the back bar next to the pizza place. Camilo was friendly, cheerful and fun! Oliver was equally wonderful- made the best margs!!! Our daily maid did super work and when I left a note, I always received what I was looking for! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Oh and the food! Loved the panini and Kambu salad at the poolside lunch spot. Mexican restaurant was also very good, loved the red and green enchiladas and the waiters were very good as well. Note that you need to use the App to make reservations at all the restaurants (not the buffet) and you should do this at the beginning of your stay to get the times you want. Highly recommend this resort!! Of note, there were many families with children so if that is not something you would enjoy, take note. Was our second year going here in a row and hope next year will make it three!
