Can restaurants be reserved in advance?
They can be reserved upon arrival, not before. From the “My Services” application (available upon registration), you can manage your reservations directly (book, cancel or modify).
Can we arrive early, that is, before the check-in time?
The registration time (check-in) is from 15 HRS. However, you can contact our Guest Services Manager to verify availability for an early check-in. Email: gshfacc@posadas.com.
Can we extend our departure time?
Departure is at 12 pm. However, if you wish to extend your departure time, you can contact our Reception team to check availability.
Can connecting or adjoining rooms be assigned?
Yes, although this request is subject to availability at the time of your arrival. You can contact our Guest Services Manager at the following address: gshfacc@posadas.com.
Is transportation included?
If you book through our website, that is, through the fiestamericana.com site and your reservation includes a minimum of 4 nights, your transfer is included. In this case you must receive a confirmation email from the transport company.
Can amenities or special decorations be sent to the room for a celebration?
Of course. You can contact our Concierge Department, E-mail: conciergefacc@posadas.com to coordinate it. Additional cost applies.

Can I store my luggage in case of an “early check-in” or “late check-out”?
Yes, please contact our Concierge staff to coordinate your service.
Can I request a crib?
Yes, please contact our Guest Services Manager prior to your arrival to schedule it. Email: gshfacc@posadas.com.
Can an extra bed be requested in a room with 2 beds?
In the case of rooms with 2 beds, an additional bed is not recommended, for safety and space reasons. In the case of a King bed, an additional bed can be requested. For special requests, please contact our Guest Services Manager. Email: gshfacc@posadas.com.
