Great location, situated within walking distance to parks, restaurants, etc. Her a great gym for working out and the restaurant has a great menu with an outside terrace. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms good size, bright and comfy beds.
Great Staff, rooms were clean and comfortable
The staff from the valet, bellhop, check-in, maids to the waitress were all very courteous and all spoke good English. The rooms were a bit small but were clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay here again
Simple however a little expensive
Simple however a little expensive. I did not like the restaurant too much. But the room was great. It is in A very central point of Santa Fe. If you are coming here to work. This hotel is a great option the shower is great also
Pleasantly impressed by the staff and the way they treated us
I came here for the weekend and I was pleasantly impressed by the staff and the way they treated us. I work in the industry so I know what to expect but they exceeded all my expectations. I also really liked all the amenities and quality of the cleaning in the room. Breakfast was pretty good, really enjoyed the green juice ( However I was a bit disappointed by the orange juice). Kudos to Juan Carlos that treated me and my friend like royalty when we ordered room service!
I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone that want a comfortable and safe stay when visiting Mexico City!
