The staff is very courteous
This hotel is located at a very big and nice shopping mall. It's also walking distance from the Puebla soccer stadium and the Auditorium GNP, It's a noveaux modern hotel. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
