La Crucecita constitutes the main urban nucleus of the tourist center of Bahías de Huatulco, forming the main residential, commercial and service areas for the hotel complexes. The most important area is the hotel zone of Tangolunda, located in the bay of Tangolunda, five kilometers  east of La Crucecita.

A paradise framed by the foothills of the Sierra Madre del Sur gently sliding under the waters of the sea. Nine bays with low jungle vegetation, mangrove swamps, a temporary wetland and beautiful beaches - as well as coral and rock reefs in front of the sand dunes.

Las Parotas Golf club gets its name from the gigantic trees that are found throughout the course, which runs from the jungle covered mountains to the Pacific Ocean; it's world-class course is newly redesigned by famous Mexican architect Agustín Pizá. Each hole of the course has been designed around the existing trees, making sustainability the main goal.

This is the main bay in Huatulco, where the legend of the current most important beach tourist destination in Oaxaca also begins. The cruise ship port is located here, and large international cruises arrive and depart on a regular basis. Among the main things that characterize the Bahía Santa Cruz is its length of approximately 525 meters and width of about 20 meters, which makes it a large bay.

This bay is characterized by its unusual open shape that resembles a heart, thanks to the two beaches that compose it. Each beach has an unparalleled beautiful landscape with pristine white sand.

This destination is made up of 30 waterfalls, the largest of which is 20 meters high; It is perfect for bathing, playing and enjoying the clear waters of the Copalita River, considered one of the main river currents on the Oaxacan coast. You can also go cycling or take a walk to explore its flora and fauna.

This is a paradise of more than 130 hectares dedicated to meeting the agricultural, ecological and tourist needs of society, located between 260 and 390 meters above sea level. Here you can see the different phases of organic cultivation of fruits, vegetables and wood, as well as a great diversity of flora and fauna. The park also has a beautiful suspension bridge and five zip lines.

For adventurous athletes, the destination offers several options, including the Zimatán River. It has different levels of difficulty over a route of almost 40 miles, and showcases the beauty of the flora and fauna of the area.

The Pluma Hidalgo is located at the top of the Sierra de Oaxaca, surrounded by a tropical forest with waterfalls, pigeons, magpies and toucans that embellish the landscape, while the top of the town is covered with low clouds.

This beautiful ecological reserve is complemented by the most important pre-Hispanic archaeological site on the Mexican Pacific. The eco-archaeological park extends over an area of ​​87 hectares; It boasts a great diversity of ecosystems and a high degree of cultural interest due to the existence of pre-Hispanic constructions of the Mixtec culture. The Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH) develops rescue and enhancement works on the site.
