Our renowned Executive Chef, Gerardo Rivera, has over 35 years of experience in gastronomy. He has carefully designed the menu for each restaurant. Throughout his distinguished career in both national and international gastronomy, Rivera has developed successful restaurants such as La Fenêtre and Sales y Soles. A disciple of Olivier Lombard, Rivera has represented Mexico at festivals in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and has been an international judge in competitions in Lyon, France, Uruguay, and Chile. An active member of L'Académie Culinaire de France and Maestros Cocineros de México, he serves as the Honorary President of the Vatel Club of Mexico. He has played a key role in strengthening the gastronomic culture of Los Cabos through altruistic events and alliances with other chef groups. In recognition of his outstanding career in Mexican gastronomy, Rivera received the Chevalier Medal of l'ordre Mondial de L’Académie Culinaire de France in 2018 and was named Chef of the Year at the national level by the Vatel Club in 2020.
