Considered one of the top 50 marathons in the world by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), running the traditional port of Mazatlán, Sinaloa is an athletic carnival. It is a great experience with the spectacular scenery of its beaches, and one of the marathons with the best atmosphere and organization in Mexico. The marathon features Sinaloan bands along the route to encourage runners and help them maintain the pace to conquer the finish line. The event takes place in November and has a capacity for 10,000 participants. It also offers distances of 3k, 5k, 10k, and 21k.
