Overall this hotel is great. The staff is great, and English speaking which is rare for tampico. fairly new/updated. Great hotel for business travel and relaxing a bit. You can expect everything to be very clean and in great working condition as opposed to other hotels in Mexico. Ac works great, and is quite. Bathrooms are spacious and filled with nice stone. WiFi is super fast. The pool and garden area were some of my favorite parts of the hotel, really gives you the mexico vibe and is very beautiful. The restaurants food is above average. The club sand-which was my favorite option and was pretty good, the hamburger was not my style. The location of this hotel is a little weird. If you have a car, it’s no problem. But walking anywhere from this hotel can be challenging and a little dangerous because of the main road that’s bustling pretty hard. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very close to the airport. Excellent security they had both a security guard and a key card that without it you had no access to enter or anything else in the property. Clean and updated. Will definitely stay again.
