DOG FRIENDLY

With our Dog Friendly Hotels & Resorts program, your furry friend is welcome to stay in your room. Upon arrival, they will receive a welcome kit that includes a bed, a mat, and two bowls for use during their stay. Conditions:

• Additional cost per night: $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per room. The rate includes the dog's lodging and special cleaning (applies only to Superior Room, 1 King or Superior Room, 2 Double, subject to room availability). To ensure the availability of your desired room type, we recommend contacting the hotel directly.

• Only one small or medium-sized dog weighing up to 20 kg is allowed.

• Guests must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license number, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.

• Dogs must always wear a harness, vest, or leash and remain in permitted areas: Room, circulation areas, and areas designated by the hotel.

• Dogs are not allowed in dining areas, swimming pools, gyms, event rooms, and restricted areas.

• Guests are responsible for their pet's behavior and agree to pay for any damage or harm caused to another guest, staff member, or customer, as well as to the hotel's facilities and/or furniture.

• Emotional support dogs are also subject to an additional cost according to the aforementioned conditions.
