We created a new gastronomic journey that will allow you to learn about the regional specialties of Acapulco such as "salpicon costeño" and "bolillo relleno", a bread baked in a wood oven with a delicious pork stew. Try our crunchy "coyuqueñas", handmade and filled with coconut cream, or our house recipe "synchronized eggs" with two different types of hot sauces.
For lunch, we invite you to experience an icon of the port: red snapper, a delicious fish fillet bathed in guajillo chili sauce and served with side salad and baked potato wedges.
At dinner time, delight yourself with an entrecôte, a delicious grilled pork fillet with mushroom sauce, scented with rosemary or grilled salmon accompanied by asparagus and risotto. For dessert we recommend a chocolate sublime or a top caramelized apple on cookie soil.
All this accompanied by your favorite drink and a beautiful view of the bay or the pool.
